Salt Scrub the Sin Out of You ;)

This is a body salt scrub that I use to remove lower level energy off my being, it saves time and conditions my skin. So it is like a two in one deal. I use it daily in the shower. I normally bathe every two days with 4 cups of Himalayan sea salt in a hot tub and this saves me so much time. So yes you can use this, if this calls to you. It's apart of spiritual self care and loving yourself with great pleasure.

I have shared on my zoom workshops the Sea Salt Scrub I use to help cleanse my body of emotional energy, bad dreams, heavy body and environmental energy.

I place the oil on the stove, when I am cooking with the oven so it will naturally melt with heat. I don't microwave or heat it in a pot. I allow it to slowly melt so that it's 'medicine' and goodness stays in the oil.

Once it is melted I place the whole thing in a large mason jar and add Himalayan sea salt to make my own body scrub. Once mixed I place my intentions 'in' it, you can say it or pray out loud on it. It will do what you program it to do.

This is a summary of what I put into the Sea Salt Scrub;

• I am asking the sea salt and coconut oil to blend gently and work together in unity to help cleanse my body, keep me safe, secure with healthy clear skin

• To neutralize all lower level energy that I may have picked up, that was sent to me or that was attracted to me and to wash off me in the shower

• To provide a safe barrier where only good energy is allowed in my sacred space

• to remove old dream or dream energy I may have picked up on

• To remove current emotions that are not from the light

• To balance my mood, so I am calm, happy and joyful

• Thank you for helping me, I love you, honor you, respect you and believe in you

• All that I ask is with Great Pleasure

You can just say it or pray it out loud. Because you asked, it will do what you ask. It is simple to make, to use and to prepare.

You can add essential oil drops, I would suggest Juniper because it is gentle on the lady good parts ;) 8 Drops. The juniper will keep demonic and spiritual attachments off of you and also remove them.
