Protecting Your Sacred Energy

Your whole being is sacred energy, it stems form your spirit and the energy that your spirit shines out. Your whole body is your sacred temple and you should be choosy in who you let in your sacred space. It creates a healthy spiritual boundary.

For myself, I have to ask my guides if a person can touch me with things like massages, pedicures, with back adjustments and so on. The reason is everything that is in each person; trauma, all spiritual attachments, memory cells (all their own memories), DNA (trauma in the bloodline), perceptions, beliefs, attitudes, spiritual gifts, and energies will transfer. Just to name a few.

I have asked doctors if I could clear them before examining me, all have said yes. I have asked my chiropractor if I could clear him and he said yes. The same with my massage therapist. They have worked on so many people that they carry a lot of their energies in spirit and the physical world and I don't allow that in my sacred space.

I have to lovingly and caringly explain the line of work that I do and let them know that "I am VERY picky in who can touch me because of the energetic transfer and my sensitivities to energy are super high." Then I read them and it opens them up. Then they agree to a clearing, I just tell them it is a gift for helping me and a healthy energy exchange.

Most times, people who don't know how or are just learning, you can program your own energy by simply talking to your spirit. Here is a suggesting you can say before being touched by another human being or just to program your energy daily. And the trick is to say it out loud.

"(Say Your Name), I am speaking to my spirit and my own energy. I am requesting that you only allow divine love, light and energy in my sacred space. My sacred space is my whole being, my mind, my body, my spirit and my emotion.

(Say Your Name) I am requesting that all energy that comes near me, that is close to me, that is sent to me, touches I see coming and touches I don't see coming, that is not from the light and that is lower level including spirits, will INSTANTLY be blessed and purified and sent back to the Other Side. All those who come into my sacred space will INSTANTLY be healed head to toe, will get an energetic boost and feel AMAZING AROUND ME.

(Say Your Name) everything is with gratitude, unconditional love, peace, unity and with great pleasure."

When people don't understand about energy transfer, it is ok, you don't have to teach everyone, you just have to know what to do to help yourself. It is apart of being empowered by knowing what to do.
