Sea Salt Burning & Clearing

This was taught to me 20 years ago from my first Spiritual Teacher Andreanna Rose. Now there are specific steps for specific reasons, so please keep the teachings the same and follow directions.

This one I have used when there is dark energy, bad luck, bad medicine, deliberate harm being sent and things just keep happening. It is a powerful tool to clear your home or where ever it is needed.

This is what you will need

• Cast iron pan (or a pan that can resist high heat)

• Pot Holder-Cork ones work well (to go under the pan-it gets hot)

• Oven Mitts

• Long Matches (wooden ones work best)

• Rubbing Alcohol (70% or higher)

• Sea Salt (any kind, because it all works)

How to burn the salt

1. Place a handful of salt in the middle of the cast iron pan

2. Put one 'CAP' full of the rubbing alcohol on top of the salt

3. Place the cast iron pan on top of the pot holder (it gets hotter as you go)

4. Place the cast iron pay AWAY from items, burnable items and should be placed in the middle of the room or closest as possible

5. Light the match, and CAREFULLY light the alcohol, it may jump up or burn slow. So quickly put the flame to the alcohol and move your hand away quickly. Do not leave the match in the salt

6. Let the fire burn until it goes out on its own, do not blow or disturb

7. Go to the next room, add a new handful of salt and alcohol per room. Each with a new burn.

Prepare the home

• Keep 1-2 windows open or a door and window open.

• You will need fresh air, its gets stinky.

• Each burn should be as close as possible to the middle of the room.

• KEEP ITEMS AWAY FROM THE FLAME, IT CAN GET HIGH, HOT OR BURN LOW.

• Best if done alone and can be done if family is home

• If you are doing this when family is home, let family know it will get a bit stinky

• Keep kids away, kids get mesmerized by flame

• Kids should be kept away from cleansing ceremonies for their own spiritual safety

Pray or Set intention BEFORE the Burn

You can include in your prayer or just say it out loud and include the following;

• The salt and iron will work as one to rid of all lower level energy, dark spirits, entities, bad medicine, deliberate ceremonies and blocks sent by others and unknowingly by myself.

• The sacred fire to burn all lower level energy, bad luck, blocks, ceremonies and deliberate ceremonies. To open a door way to the other side so that all spirits, demons and entities to have an opportunity to go home to the other side and if they don't they will be disintegrated.

• Ask Your Higher Power to protect you, keep you safe and guide you through the whole cleansing process. Call in all your ancestors to help you, guide you, keep you safe, protected and in the light of Creators (Gods) Love.

• That if anything tries to stop you, hurt you, block you or jump on you, that they are NOT ALLOWED and ask your guides, protectors and warriors to keep you safe and ALL family members in the home safe. Ask one Angel to be with you and each of your family members so everyone is safe.

• All that goes through the flame will be blessed, purified and sent back to the other side so no one ever gets hurt ever again and everyone is completely safe and in Creators (gods) Love.

• Give thanks and then start. You can add anything you would like too to the intentions, remember we have to direct all energy even spirits so it does NOT COME BACK.

Where to Start

• First start at the main door; burn and do not move it until the flame is completely out

• Like the sun, go clockwise, room to room

• Each room has its own burn

• If you have to shake the pan back and forth to lower the salt level.

• Keep closets open so it can be cleared with the burn; don't burn in closets-burn in open areas only

• Move room to room until you make full circle and you are done

• Each burn, just add more salt on top of the existing burnt salt

• If you have a basement, start there first, then go to the main floor

• If the pan gets hot use the oven mitts!

Purpose of Instructions

Burning in a clockwise routine sets the energy to move with the cosmos, sun and planets. It creates flow with all life force and generates a healing energy throughout the house.

Dark energy, lower level spirits and demons do not like cast iron and salt. So they amplify each other. If it is a regular pan, it will work too due to the salt. Dark spirits go get VERY attracted to the alcohol so they will go to it. The fire will suck them back to the other side to be blessed and purified.

Sometimes, not always, spirits will attempt to jump on the ceremonial holder who is clearing them out-the more you heal trauma, they can't touch you. So set the intentions CLEARLY and direct them home or disintegrate them. This is why kids are NOT ALLOWED to be around any kind of clearing ceremony.

Sometimes it can't be avoided. This is what you can do. This child is to be wrapped in a red or dark blue cloth. The cloth must be prayed on and directed to keep the child safe, secure, calm, protected and hidden from all dark spirits and human spirits are use people to live again. The child must be instructed to sit still, be quiet and just watch. This is why it is better to do this when no one is home.

Dark spirits are attracted to gifted people including children, teenagers, adults and Elders. So there are specific protocols to help keep everyone completely safe.

As for the main conductor (the person doing this ceremony), you can also wear red, smudge yourself first, breath I love you through the whole process, wear essential oils like juniper and rose to keep you safe. The more centered and balanced you are the better. Do this when you are in a completely calm state, loving state and in a good mood! This should be fun too, because we get to see amazing things happen.

What the Salt & Flame Tells You

• The higher the flame, it is helping the dark energy leave

• The higher the flame there was more dark energy there

• The lower the flame, there was not much dark energy there

• When it flickers, it is sending stuff out back to the other side

• When it goes up and pulls in, it is pulling spirits through and they are going home

• From time to time, salt may jump out in small pieces, you can also put the pan on a large cutting board. You have to pay attention and watch it. This just means something HUGE left the home and it is now clear.

• When it goes out, it is done

• If you were to look at the salt, sometimes you can see faces, unhuman faces and animal shapes. That is what left. Your own intuition will let you know it is or you will just know.

• When the salt goes black demonic energy or an entity has left your home, JUST KNOW YOU ARE SAFE

Fill Your Home with Love

• Once it is done, smudge out the home, to help out the clearing ceremony

• Call back Creators Love, your guides and all good spirits that help you back into your home. It needs to be said out loud. "I call back..."

• Ask them to protect you, guide you, keep you safe and secure, to help you heal and to heal you. You can also add what you like and believe in

• Place your hands on the wall and "Breath I love you" to seal the home.

End the Ceremony

• Just say out loud, "I am done the Ceremony, I thank you Creator and ALL good spirit for coming to help, I love you, honor you, respect you and believe in you all."

• Don't just assume they know, you need to tell them, some may stay, and some may go. They have things to do on the other side too.

What to do with the Salt (your choice)

• You can either put it around your house for protection, like a solid line around your house (you can collect a few burns for this)

• Place a sold line in front of your front door; for added protection

• Place the salt in 4 jars and place them on the four outer corners of the home (on the inside of the home), pray on them first and ask them to connect to create a safe barrier where only Creators Love, your guides and your family's guides are the only energy and spirits that are allowed in your home.

• Place it back on the land
